How to use? 

Hold the lens on the tip of your index finger with the edges pointing upward. Be sure the lens forms a cup shape.

Use your other hand to hold your upper eyelid open and your middle finger to hold your lower lid down.

Gently place the lens in the center of your eye.

Look straight ahead and blink a few times to adjust the lens.
